Complaints & Compliments

Should you wish to make a compliment or complaint in relation to the services provided during your hospital stay, please contact the Patient Services Department.

You may:

  • Request to speak to a member of the team;

Complaint are treated in complete confidence and will not affect your current or future treatment.

All comments, compliments and complaints will be acknowledged. Complaints will be investigated thoroughly and you will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with the outcome of the investigation of your complaint, you have a right to request a review of our response. There are two mechanisms for doing so and you can request either or both:
