The Warfarin Clinic is a nurse-led outpatient clinic located in the K-Doc offices at Vista Primary Care on Ballymore Eustace Road, Naas.

Patients can only be referred to this clinic by their GPs or consultants. The clinic operates from 8 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday to Friday, and opens at 9 AM on Mondays.

Please note that phlebotomy services are available until 10:30 AM each day.

Patients typically attend the clinic regularly, either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
