Providing Feedback
At Naas General Hospital we are committed to actively listening to and addressing the feedback from our patients, service users and their families to enhance our services. Our feedback procedure encourages and facilitates the sharing of experiences, ensuring that all feedback is acknowledged and addressed in line with the Health Service Executive (HSE) policy.
How to Provide Feedback
We value your feedback and offer several ways for you to share your experiences, suggestions or concerns:
- Speak Directly to Our Staff: We encourage patients and their families to communicate compliments, comments or complaints directly to the staff involved in their care. Addressing the issues at the point of contact often leads to immediate resolutions.
- Email: send your feedback to feedback.naas@hse.ie
- Online Feedback Form: Complete the “your service your say” online form (Link here).
- Feedback Forms on Wards and Departments: Fill out a “your service your say” feedback form available throughout the hospital and place in the designated feedback box.
- Telephone: Contact our Patient Experience Manager NGH telephone 045 849521.
- Written Feedback: Address your letter to the Patient Services Department at NGH.
