Naas General Hospital works closely with GPs, primary care providers, and other hospitals to ensure high-quality patient care. Our GP Liaison Service provides a single point of contact to support GPs with:

• Clinical queries and patient updates
• Emergency Department referrals
• Access to reports and results
• Post-discharge follow-up
• Information on critically ill patients and transfers
• Follow-up on patients who left without being seen
• Referral pathways and service guidance
