Liffey Ward

Liffey Ward is a 30-bed unit dedicated to providing general medical care, including minor surgical procedures.

Overview

Liffey 1 is designated for female patients, while Liffey 2 is designated for male patients. Our aim is to deliver quality patient care with dignity and empathy.

We strive to make sure all patients have a positive experience during their stay in the hospital. If you have any issues or concerns during your stay, please do not hesitate to speak with the Nurse Manager or the nurse in charge.

Visiting

To visit:

  • outside of normal visiting hours
  • in the case of critically ill patients
  • in exceptional circumstances

Please seek the agreement of the nurse manager on duty.

Recommended visiting duration is 30 minutes.

Children under 12 years, apart from patients own children, should not be brought to visit.

Additional restrictions will apply from time to time e.g. during outbreaks of infectious diseases.
